Authorization & Terms By signing below, I, the undersigned Cardholder, authorize Lap of Luxury Travel (“Agent”) to obtain my credit card information by phone and to manually enter my card details on my behalf into the American Airlines (AA.com) website or other supplier web portals for the purpose of booking travel and paying supplier charges related to the trip/invoice referenced above. I understand and agree that: This form is an authorization only. I will provide the full card number and CVV/security code by telephone when requested for the express purpose of immediate manual card entry by the Agent; the Agent will not store my CVV and will delete (or redact) sensitive card details following processing. Lap of Luxury Travel acts only as an intermediary between me and third-party travel suppliers. The Agent is not the carrier, supplier, or operator of the transportation, lodging, tours, or other travel services. All supplier terms, cancellation policies, and other conditions apply. Charges, refunds, and cancellations are subject to the suppliers’ policies and timelines. I agree that any refunds due will be processed per supplier rules and may be subject to supplier fees. I accept responsibility for ensuring I meet passport, visa, vaccination, and entry requirements. The Agent is not responsible for denial of boarding or entry due to missing/invalid documents. I confirm that the amount specified above is the amount I authorize as an initial charge (deposit / full payment as noted). I understand additional charges or changes may require separate authorization. I acknowledge that storing full card data or CVV is prohibited. The Agent will retain only the signed authorization and the card last four digits as proof of authorization, unless required otherwise by law. After processing, sensitive details will be deleted per the Agent’s data retention policy. I release Lap of Luxury Travel from liability for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers. For disputes with suppliers I will pursue claims directly with the supplier and may copy the Agent for coordination. By checking “I Agree” and signing below, I authorize Lap of Luxury Travel to proceed as described above and to manually enter my card details provided by phone to complete payment.
